This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use floorfactory.eu or contact us through it.

What we collect and why

Enquiry and brief forms. Name, work email, company, country, your message and the project details you enter. We use them to reply to you and to prepare a business offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Newsletter. Only if you tick the optional box. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.

Technical data. Server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Analytics and tracking. We use HubSpot analytics cookies and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session recordings and heatmaps) only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Forms on this site submit your data to HubSpot.

Who receives your data

Our service providers: HubSpot (CRM and forms, EU data centre), Microsoft Clarity (site usage analytics, only after consent), Vercel (website hosting) and our email provider. They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data: for as long as the business conversation continues and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter data: until you withdraw consent. Server logs: for a short period, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to robert@floorfactory.eu. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
